Q77bet Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the q77bet platform and all associated services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of members in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. q77bet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time — continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to register on q77bet. A National ID (NID) or other government-issued identification may be required as proof of age.

One Account Policy: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. Required documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both front and back
• A clear selfie of yourself holding your NID
• Proof of address where required (utility bill or bank statement)

Account Information Accuracy: All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. q77bet reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened with false information.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are considered valid only after full confirmation. Any bet that fails to confirm due to network issues will be deemed void.

Odds Changes: Odds may change at any time before an event begins. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are final. In live betting, odds fluctuate continuously throughout the event.

Bet Cancellation Conditions: q77bet reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed (by more than 48 hours)
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If an obvious system error is detected
• If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found

Deposit Policy: A minimum deposit of ৳500 applies via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No processing fee is charged on deposits, though your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Policy: KYC must be completed before making a withdrawal. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Key Terms:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a mobile banking number registered in your own name
• Using another person's account will result in your withdrawal being blocked
• If fraud is suspected, additional time may be required to verify the transaction
• Under anti-money laundering regulations, additional verification may be required for large transactions

General Bonus Terms: All q77bet bonuses and promotions come with specific terms and conditions. Receiving a bonus does not mean it can be withdrawn immediately — the required wagering requirements must be met first.

Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x–30x). For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in total bets.

Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the period expires.

Bonus Abuse Prevention: Using strategic or unethical methods to farm bonuses — such as hedging bets on both sides, account sharing, or any other abusive practice — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q77bet platform. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

Q77bet is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed due to a lost or unstable internet connection
• If a payment is delayed due to issues on the mobile banking operator's end
• Due to a technical error on the part of a third party (such as a game provider)
• If services are disrupted due to unforeseen natural disasters or government directives

Q77bet reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via their registered contact number or through an in-app notification.
